PAYMENT METHODS
THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER OF $30 REGARDLESS OF THE PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment via all major credit or debit cards.
VISA DISCOVER- MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS
If payment is made by CHECK the order will be held until the check clears.
There is a $20.00 service charge for all returned checks.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is also another option of payment. All Items must be paid for in full at the beginning of the delivery process.
DELIVERY METHOD
Delivery of items will take 48-72 hrs from when your order has been confirmed. (When you receive your confirmation email)
RETURN POLICY
A $5.00 processing fee per item is applied to all returns (this fee does not apply for exchanges).
10 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 calendar days after the order is placed.
DOCUMENTATION: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Noveltease to process your refund.
GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties and other items that cover the crotch, babydolls, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies, swimwear, and any lingerie set that includes a panty if the item is tried or worn. So please select these items with care. We do not accept returns for bra sizes above 38 bandwidth or DD cup. All sales of discounted merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing discounted items. Some fabrics/colours may appear different due to lighting conditions, etc, and may differ slightly to the catalogue. Please use the catalogue as a guide only. For reasons of hygiene, according to the law, lingerie items cannot be returned once the packages have been opened, unless you find the product to be faulty.
